A few years back, I discovered how easy it is to make sourdough bread. Since then, I make bread 1-2 times a week. I mix it up using different combinations of white and whole wheat flour, oat flour and other wonderful add-ins. My favorite is to add old fashioned oatmeal - it gives the bread a wonderful nutty sort of flavor plus a great chewy texture. So good!
