Covid cooking! I have discovered fresh wheat berries (from www.palousebrand.com) and have been grinding my own flour and using it to make sourdough bread. It's pretty coarse so I do have to use "regular" commercial flour with it but it gives the bread a nice texture and a wonderful taste!
One of the benefits of staying home - more cooking gets done and homemade bread is so yummy.
